This plan allows the seller to be in control of their home. ChevyChaseRealtors.com will list your house, giving it exposure on the (MLS) Multiple Listing System as well as Realtor.com, Homesdatabase.com and ChevyChaseRealtors.Com.
Our fee is based on the size of your home and our agents will come to your home and help you measure and gather pertinent detail for the thorough and accurate listing of your home. When your home is exposed to the 32,000 members that will have access to view it we want the information to be correct. We will also give you a consultation on the preparation of your home for a successful and pleasant sale.
ChevyChaseRealtors.Com will be available to the homeowner to assist over the telephone with any information you may need during the marketing of your home or property. And just because you have chosen this method, we don't feel that your sign should tell. You will be provided with the same sign that we use to market our premier properties.
We do not market ChevyChaseRealtors.com as a discount brokerage because we are not one. We, in fact, maintain a professional and quality image, and one that you would be proud to have associated with your property. The following items are included in this "List Only" package:
